"Welcome to the family and friends who have gathered to honor ___________ and ___________ , on this Saturday, ___________, their wedding day. Thank you all for coming to witness this ceremony, and to share your love and support for this happy occasion."

"We are gathered here today in the sight of God and in the face of this company to join together this man and this woman in holy matrimony, which is an honorable estate and is not to be entered into lightly, but reverently and respectfully."

"(Groom) ___________ will you have this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to live together in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health; and forsaking all others, will you keep only unto her as long as you both shall live?"

The man shall answer: "I will".

"(Bride) ___________ will you have this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to live together in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health: and forsaking all others, will you keep only unto him, as long as you both shall live?"

The woman shall answer: "I will".

If there is someone to give the bride away I ask:
"Who gives this woman to be married to this man?"

Then I take (Bride's) ___________ right hand and places it in (Groom's) ___________ right hand. Then I ask (Groom) ___________ to repeat the following:

"I (Groom) ___________ take you (Bride) ___________ to be my lawfully wedded wife
To have and to hold from this day forward
For better, for worse; for richer, for poorer
In sickness and in health,
To love and to cherish
Til death do us part"

Then I ask (Bride) ___________ to repeat the following:
"I (Bride ) ___________ take you (Groom) ___________, to be my lawfully wedded husband,
To have and to hold from this day forward
For better, for worse; for richer, for poorer
In sickness and in health,
To love and to cherish
Til death do us part"

Music (optional)

Exchange of the wedding rings:

I ask for the rings from their safe keeper.

"I give (Bride's) ___________ ring to (Groom) ___________ , and instruct him to place it on the third finger of her left hand.

Officiate:
"(Groom) ___________ please repeat after me:
"With this ring, I thee wed."

Then I give (Groom's) ___________ ring to (bride) ___________, and instruct her to place it on the third finger of his left hand.

Officiate:
"(Bride) ___________ please repeat after me:
"With this ring, I thee wed."

Then I hold both hands of the couple, and proclaim:
"Those whom God has joined together, let no man put asunder."

This is a good place for a reading, or a song. (optional)

Officiate:
"Because (Bride) ___________ and (Groom) ___________ have consented to be joined together in the sight of God and this company, and have given and pledged their loyalties one to the other, and have evidenced this by the giving and receiving of rings, by joining hands, and by pledging vows to one another,
I declare, by the power vested in me by the State of Florida, that I now pronounce this couple are now husband and wife! You may kiss the bride."

Either I, or someone you designate announce:

"And now I would like to be the first to introduce to you,
Mr. & Mrs. ___________ & ___________ ___________."
